At ATSI, we’re committed to supporting our members on every level. That said, we are expanding our opportunities for new Auxiliary members. This membership level is for organizations or individuals engaged in selling products or providing services that support business growth for our members in the answering service and call center industry.

The Purpose of the
ATSI Auxiliary Membership Program

The purpose of this exclusive program is to assist our members in obtaining better pricing and customer service through ATSI’s preferred vendors that our members frequently use. ATSI Auxiliary Membership is geared towards a select group of recommended companies that our membership base would benefit from collaborating with to grow their business and their profit.

One of the best benefits to becoming an ATSI Auxiliary Member is the opportunity to gain exposure in the industry. Plan on attending ATSI’s annual conference where you will receive a special discount (member rate) for obtaining a booth to highlight your products and services.

Marketing Materials You Can Work With

Auxiliary members can quickly benefit by gaining exposure during our regularly scheduled member webinars. Auxiliary Members receive one webinar hosted by us as well as one “Auxiliary Member Highlight” email in which your business will be promoted to our entire membership base.

Full Auxiliary Member Benefits include:

1 ATSI hosted webinar per membership cycle
1 "Auxiliary Member Highlight” email, sent by ATSI per membership cycle that highlights the exclusive; benefits vendor provides
Logo and company description on ATSI webpage with a link to your company website
Discounted exhibit booth fees to attend the ATSI Annual Conference

Contact Centers and TAS businesses are not eligible for Auxiliary membership. Auxiliary membership is exclusively for businesses that support contact centers and TAS businesses. Auxiliary members have access to the Listserv, are not eligible for the E &O coverage, are not able to participate in the AOE and AOD Awards. One vendor representative is appointed to sit on the Board of Directors to represent the interest of this group. This representative also serves on the Conference Committee.
